Privacy policy

The information Allomate uses, why it is needed, and the choices you have.

Effective October 5, 2026

Allomate is a service operated from Japan. In this policy, “Allomate” refers to the operator of that service. This policy covers the Allomate app, allomate.app, and related support communications. See Contact for privacy requests and legally required operator information.

Allomate does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The website does not use advertising cookies or client-side analytics.

Information Allomate processes

Account and profile

Allomate processes your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, and profile information to create and secure your account. You can sign in with Apple or Google. Allomate does not receive your Apple or Google password. If you choose Apple’s Hide My Email, Allomate receives a relay address instead of your personal address.

Calendars, plans, and conversations

With calendar permission, Allomate reads events from the calendars you enable for the day you choose. Event details can include titles, dates, times, time zones, availability, calendar names and colors, locations (including precise coordinates when present), notes, links, recurring-event details, and organizer or attendee information supplied by your calendar provider.

Hidden input calendars and your selected plan calendar are excluded from planning reads. Allomate does not modify source events. It updates only the events it creates in the plan calendar you select or create. The current working plan can appear there before you confirm it: Keep confirms changes; Undo restores the prior confirmed plan.

Allomate stores the instructions, messages, replies, plans, preferences, and recovery history needed to provide the service and make your work available across signed-in devices. Planning preferences include details you provide about waking and working hours, focus, breaks, travel, and meals. Calendar permission is separate from consent to AI processing, as described below.

Subscriptions

Apple processes App Store payments. Allomate and its subscription service providers process your Allomate billing identifier, purchase and renewal information, and subscription or trial status to verify access, restore purchases, and present subscription options. The billing identifier is linked to your Allomate account.

Subscription screens also process device identifiers, app and operating-system information, interactions with subscription screens, and information about loading times and errors. Subscription providers may derive an approximate city, region or country from your IP address. This information supports subscription delivery, measurement, and the presentation of subscription options. Allomate does not receive your full payment card number or Apple Account password.

Technical information and support

Allomate processes request times, app and operating-system versions, errors, usage information, and security signals to deliver and protect the service. Support requests include your email address, message, and any attachments you provide.

The website’s hosting and security providers process standard request information, including IP addresses, headers, requested URLs, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.

Optional diagnostics and analytics

Diagnostics & Analytics is on by default. You can turn it off in Settings at any time to stop new optional events; the choice takes effect on your device immediately and is saved for your account.

This setting controls the optional crash-reporting and reliability-analytics events described in this section. It does not disable the account, security, or subscription processing described elsewhere in this policy, including the subscription providers’ operational and measurement data.

When enabled, diagnostics providers receive crash and error information, and analytics providers receive limited, non-content information about whether supported operations succeed or fail. Allomate does not send prompts, messages, plans, calendar content, email addresses, account identifiers, or billing identifiers in these optional events. It does not use these events to create user profiles or track you across services, and does not collect session replays, screen recordings, or screenshots for this purpose.

Optional referral codes

If you submit a referral code, Allomate records an anonymous count for the invitation source. The count is not linked to your account, email, device, or advertising identifier and is not sent to third-party analytics or billing services. Temporary information used to avoid duplicate counts is deleted after seven days. Invalid codes are not stored. You can skip this step, and a referral code does not grant subscription access.

On your device

Allomate keeps local drafts, restoration data, preferences, and cached app state on your device. Calendar data also remains with the calendar accounts configured on your device. Your operating system controls calendar and notification permissions.

How information is used

Allomate uses information to provide and secure your account, create and revise plans, preserve conversations and settings, verify subscription access, deliver notifications you request, answer support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and meet legal obligations. Optional diagnostics and analytics help identify failures and improve reliability when enabled.

Allomate uses the planning preferences, instructions, and calendar context you provide to tailor suggested plans and replies to your day.

Allomate does not use your content to train a model of its own.

AI processing

Before AI planning or conversation requests, Allomate asks for your explicit AI Data Processing consent in onboarding or Settings. Calendar permission alone does not give this consent.

Allomate sends task-relevant instructions, conversation history, planning preferences, and selected-day calendar details to third-party AI service providers and request-routing services to generate replies and plans. This processing takes place outside your device. The calendar details may include the location and attendee information described above. Allomate also stores the information needed to provide your plans and conversations.

Allomate uses zero-data-retention AI processing: these services process request content to return a result, without retaining that content or using it to train models under Allomate’s configured settings. If that processing is unavailable, the request will not proceed. This applies to Allomate’s AI requests, rather than every product offered by those providers.

You can withdraw or grant consent in Settings. Withdrawing it stops new AI planning and conversation requests, but does not automatically delete information already stored by Allomate. You can remove that information with Delete app data or Delete account. Calendar context stored for generation is scheduled for deletion after 90 days, as described under Retention.

Zero-data-retention AI processing does not delete the plans, conversations, or account information Allomate stores to provide the service.

AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review proposed changes before relying on them, including a working plan already shown in your selected calendar. Use Keep or Undo as appropriate.

Service providers and sharing

Allomate shares information as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, complete a transaction, or comply with law. Service providers support:

  • App distribution, Apple or Google sign-in, and App Store billing
  • Account authentication, secure hosting, data storage, and synchronization
  • AI generation and request routing, as described above
  • Subscription verification, purchase restoration, and the delivery and measurement of subscription screens
  • Optional crash reporting and non-content reliability analytics
  • Website delivery and security, and support communications

Providers that receive personal information from Allomate must protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law, process it only for their service or as law requires, and use appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards. You may request further information about these providers through Contact.

Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect users or the service, or in a transfer of the business, subject to applicable notice and safeguards.

International processing

Allomate is operated from Japan. Service providers, including AI providers, may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws. Where required, Allomate and its providers use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Contact Allomate for information about overseas processing and applicable safeguards.

Retention

Allomate keeps account information, plans, conversations, settings, and recovery history while needed to provide the service or meet legal, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

  • Temporary plan preview data is scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
  • Calendar context stored for plan generation is scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
  • Subscription processing records used for auditing are generally retained for about 30 days.
  • Eligible temporary records are normally removed within 48 hours after these periods end.

Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, or meet legal obligations. Backups, security records, provider-held billing records, and legally required information may remain after deletion for the purpose and period that require retention.

Deletion and your choices

You can change device permissions, enabled input calendars, your plan-calendar destination, notifications, AI consent, and Diagnostics & Analytics. You can manage subscriptions through Apple.

Under Settings, then Data & Privacy:

  • Delete app data removes Allomate plans, conversations, planning settings, generated context, recovery history, and identifiable calendar events created by Allomate. It keeps your account, subscription continuity, and the selected calendar itself.
  • Delete account also removes your account profile and sign-in identity, clears local account data, and signs you out. It removes identifiable events created by Allomate but keeps the calendar and other events in it. It does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Limited information may be retained while account deletion finishes and to allow interrupted cleanup to complete. Subscription records are retained separately for purchase restoration, access continuity, and support. Signing in later creates a fresh account without restoring deleted Allomate content. Sign in with Apple authorization may remain in your Apple Account until you remove it in Apple settings.

To request access, correction, deletion, or other rights, including requests about provider-held identity or billing records, email support@allomate.app. Allomate may verify your identity. Legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations may limit a request.

Your privacy rights

Residents of Japan may exercise rights under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Other rights depend on the law where you live and may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. Allomate will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Where a legal basis is required, Allomate relies on contract to provide requested services, consent for permission-controlled processing, legitimate interests to secure and support the service, and legal obligations where applicable.

Security

Allomate uses safeguards to protect information, including encryption and access controls. No service can guarantee perfect security. Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

Allomate is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Anyone not old enough to consent or form a contract where they live needs permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Changes

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, notice in the app or by email.
